CASE 01

Worked directly with the U.S. Department of Energy to review two nuclear technical orders; executed 85 proficiency tasks, identified 57 deficiencies, and authenticated Broken Arrow procedures.

The Air Force Commendation Medal citation credits the work with the first Broken Arrow response-procedure update in 20 years.

CASE 02

AI workflow design and source-failure recovery

Built multi-model AI workflows with external state, structured handoffs, role routing, fallback behavior, source controls, and explicit human authority.

After a verified wrong-source regression, restored the correct base and converted the failure into standing source-identity, completion-state, conflict/uncertainty, correction-record, and stop-and-verify controls.

CASE 03

ATAK applied-technology implementation

Led wing server development and coordinated with the Air Force Research Laboratory to build an ATAK command-and-control platform, improving Emergency Operations Center interoperability across three wing agencies.

The separate 50% airfield-clearance result belongs to ACE + EMUD cross-specialty training for six firefighters.

CASE 04

Qualification and readiness redesign

Rebuilt training tracking, scheduling, practical exercises, and qualification standards across separate programs.

Records document a >45% readiness-rating improvement and separate 40% and 33% training/certification-cycle reductions.

CASE 05

Moonroot discovery, strategy, and cohesive vision

Moonroot began as an idea in 2025 and became substantially developed through AI-assisted research, product/service discovery, audience and stakeholder research, market and comparable-model analysis, systems/workflow design, positioning, scenario analysis, conservation research, and decision support in 2026; Moonroot Sanctum LLC formed in June 2026. The work turns fragmented evidence and constraints into explicit priorities, phased offerings, decision criteria, and a coherent operating narrative.
