GRANICUS • AI PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
AI Product Management
Turn ambiguous workflows into explicit priorities, requirements, implementation, adoption, and measurable value.
Discovery, prioritization, prototyping, technical implementation, decision systems, and human-directed AI work grounded in documented evidence.

CASE 01
Prototype → segmented product family
Developed an interactive physical/electronic proof of concept, then expanded it into reusable/custom variants, audience-specific use cases, delivery formats, and pricing concepts.
CASE 02
Portfolio governance + partner-platform model
Created explicit filters for mission fit, integration, safety, expertise, operating character, evidence, risk, and capacity; designed a partner-platform model defining economics, asset boundaries, cost buckets, protections, and reusable agreement logic.
CASE 03
Field evidence → requirements change
Site-question protocols and direct field observations changed circulation, infrastructure, equipment workflows, safety allocation, valuation, and go/no-go conditions. Discovery only matters if evidence can overturn the original model.
CASE 04
Deal/decision support + proposal architecture
Built acquisition decision support from market signal, valuation segmentation, comparable sales, buyer-pool constraints, landing zones, walk-away ceilings, and confidentiality rules; reused one canonical evidence base for institution-specific packages.
CASE 05
AI operating architecture
Designed and use multi-model workflows with standardized briefs, external state, decision/activity logs, structured handoffs, model routing, fallback logic, source controls, and explicit human decision authority.
Supporting evidence
- Separate $510K innovation initiative and $270K / three-project portfolio.
- DOE-linked 85/57 validation.
- ATAK implementation; separate 50% ACE + EMUD result.
- Master financial source-of-truth and publishing controls.
- Superintendent scope: 18 Airmen / 19 UTCs / $6.9M / $300K / 128 POs.
Scope & boundaries
I have not held a conventional B2B SaaS Product Manager title or owned production software/ML engineering. This page focuses on product discovery, prioritization, workflow, decision support, AI operating systems, implementation, and measurable improvement I can substantiate.
