Product Strategy & Growth

Find the opportunity, make the tradeoffs explicit, test the risky assumptions, and learn before scaling.

Founder-led discovery and strategy work paired with documented innovation, capability-building, research synthesis, and cross-functional implementation.

Analog → architecture

external models translated into service design

$510K

funded innovation initiative

40% / 33%

separate time-to-capability reductions

CASE 01

Studied external operating models and translated their mechanics into visiting-master, work-study, class-duration, craft-income, adaptive-reuse, accessibility, and service concepts rather than copying surface features.

CASE 02

Portfolio governance → deciding what not to build

Built a repeatable filter using mission fit, system integration, safety, partner expertise, operating character, evidence, and capacity to decide what should advance, change, wait, or stop.

CASE 03

Easement-holder discovery → constraint-led design

Presented proposed use categories to a conservation easement holder, invited correction, and incorporated bounded external feedback into design decisions.

CASE 04

Prototype → segmented opportunity

Developed an interactive physical/electronic proof of concept and expanded it into reusable/custom variants, segmented use cases, delivery formats, and pricing concepts.

CASE 05

Learning products and measurable capability

Built the first-ever 80-hour predeployment program for 200 Airmen; separate qualification redesigns later produced documented 40% and 33% cycle reductions.

Supporting evidence

  • Separate $510K innovation initiative and $270K / three-project portfolio.
  • 64 reports → 57 realistic training devices → 24 operations / 34 personnel.
  • Partner-platform operating model and scenario analysis.
  • Audience-specific positioning from a common evidence base.
  • AI-assisted research and synthesis with human authority.

Scope & boundaries

I have not held a conventional SaaS growth-product title. The evidence here is opportunity discovery, market/analog learning, prioritization, prototyping, positioning, capability-building, and resource-allocation work.
